The Impossible We

We – it’s just beauty,

Spoken long ago,

That was not ashamed,

Carried by magic, honed by moments,

Present in the eternities of being.

We – it’s just impossible,

That began long ago,

What didn’t stop,

That which was not afraid,

A little astonished, a little surprised,

Started with self-denial.
