Lines of Destiny

Do you see the lines
of my palm?
Some call it destiny.
I see roads there,
the side of the world stirred,
entangled distances,
air shaping,
stirring touch,
the beginning of creation.
That's where the snowflake melts,
faith rests,
the magic springs.
The words stop,
shed a tear,
dispel sadness.
That's where joy begins,
the clouds lie down,
the winds stop.
Many dreams,
a little empty,
if you dare.
See if you can
walk with them?
Some call it a stunt.
And you only
walk through havens,
smell the meadows,
smear yourself with mud,
give away the steps,
and laugh upside down.
