The Struggle of Feeling Different
For those who have always felt different, misunderstood, or discarded by society, this is for you. You were born pure, soft, naïve, and good-hearted—shining with potential and innocence. Yet, you enter a world where people, worn down by their own struggles, greet you with exhaustion and brokenness. Their suffering has already been long chewed up by life’s harsh realities. The world is filled with such people, but there is one key difference between happy and unhappy families: in the happy ones, someone has the honor, dignity, and courage to rise above their own limitations and struggles. They found the strength to look inward, to question themselves, and to break free from selfishness.
The Burden of Being Labeled "Strange"
For those of you who feel anxiety and a deep sense of not belonging, who have been labeled as strange or wrong simply because of your differences—because you can’t play the roles assigned by your family—you should know that you didn’t choose these roles. You would gladly accept being “ordinary” if it weren’t for that deep, nagging feeling that something is terribly wrong. Everything feels buried under personal truths and societal lies.
You Are the Change
And yet, precisely because you are different, you are the ones who represent change. You are the voice of hope—a cry for a better tomorrow. You carry dignity, warmth, uncertainty, and a readiness for growth. You are prepared to connect with others outside of the confines of your family circle, beyond the mechanisms of conditioning and the roles assigned to you.
Finding Like-Minded Souls
If you find the courage, you will meet others like you—those who have been discarded, who long for genuine connection based on real, shared values. These are the people who seek a different kind of community, one built on trust, understanding, and mutual respect.
The Discarded Idealists
The discarded ones—those you might think are idealistic—are often the ones who understand the most. They have seen the cause and effect of behavior, and they have found reasons and justifications for the way people act. But they have also never forgiven themselves for not being able to fix things, for not being able to show others how to rise above their struggles. They couldn’t make others see that it was possible to move beyond their initial limitations because, too often, no one cared. People accepted the roles assigned to them too easily, remaining stuck in their small worlds, divided into opposing camps, all too similar to each other, opposing any form of difference. In these worlds, personal suffering is often used as an excuse for everything because, beyond their own noses, the suffering of others doesn’t even exist.
The Power of Compassionate Souls
But it is you—the compassionate ones—who, amidst the turmoil and the eternal question of "WHY?", have the power to build a better world. You are the ones who can bridge the gap, connect further and wider, and most importantly, bring comfort and healing to those who need it most.
Rising Above Pain
You understand the pain because you’ve felt it deeply. You understand its futility, and because of that understanding, you’ve moved beyond your small circle. It was that very pain that drove you to seek something more. Through your journey, you have found love, warmth, dignity, humanity, and humaneness—not because they were given to you, but because you sought them out in everything, and you chose them.
A Better World, Born from Love
And so, a better world will emerge—one born of love. A world where you will not be confined to the narrow roles assigned to you by the family unit because love was never meant to be limited or restricted.
